Rumour re: 77 Hinckley Road to Gypsy Caravan

There has been an rumour that planning permission has been granted
for change of use at 77 Hinckley Road to gypsy caravan site.
This is completely inaccurate and untrue. The application
has not even gone before the planning comnmittee. It is expected
that the earliest date is likely to be March, or April.
As previously stated the reason for the delay was the submission
of the noise level readings and pollution levels, which have
now been received by Blaby DC.
