Important Meeting - LFE Parish Hall Monday 22nd May

DON'T FORGET the presentation laid on by the highways agency,
especially for residents of LFE.
Another dastardly part of the plan is revealed.
The Highways Agency clearly feel so concerned about omitting
to tell anyone in LFE about the previous presentation, that
they've done it again. Not satisfied with 'forgetting' to
tell the people who live closest to the 'Impact Zone' last
time (and not sending maps to many who requested tham), they've
planned another presentation and not invited anyone from the
same area.
But don't be disheartened.
The Resident Voice will keep you informed :).
Many thanks to Peter, a local gent who went to the trouble
of alerting reidents in the area to the latest can of worms.
Apparently, the plan is not simply to re-site the A47 bridge
to accommodate 6 lanes of motorway each way. Peter has discovered
that the plan also includes A MASSIVE FLYOVER ABOVE YOUR HOUSE,
to carry traffic travelling at 70MPH between the M69 and M1
in BOTH DIRECTIONS !!!
SO HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO SELL YOUR HOUSE NOW?
I suggest that EVERYONE with the slightest interest in buying,
selling or living in this area, MUST be at that meeting on
Monday 22nd May to make your concerns known.
